Game Description: Hoppenhelm is a strategic, tile-laying game for 2-4 players. Players take on the role of rival hopper operators, competing to create the most efficient and lucrative hopper system. The game is set in a futuristic, high-tech world where hoppers are the key to transporting goods and resources.

How to Play:

  1. Each player starts with a set of hopper tiles and a starting player token.
  2. On their turn, a player can perform two actions: Move, Build, or Upgrade.
    • Move: Move the player token to an adjacent hopper tile.
    • Build: Place a new hopper tile adjacent to an existing tile, connecting the two.
    • Upgrade: Upgrade an existing hopper tile to increase its capacity or efficiency.
  3. Players can also choose to End their turn and pass the initiative to the next player.
  4. The game ends when all tiles have been placed, and the player with the most efficient hopper system, as measured by total capacity and efficiency, is declared the winner.

  • 120 Hopper Tiles (60 Small, 30 Medium, 30 Large)

Upgrade Tokens: Upgrade tokens are used to enhance hopper tiles. There are four types of upgrades:

  • Speed: Increases the tile’s speed by 1-2
  • Strength: Increases the tile’s strength by 1-2

Scoring: The game ends when all tiles have been placed. Players score points based on the efficiency and capacity of their hopper system. Each player calculates their score by multiplying the total capacity of their system by its efficiency. The player with the highest score wins the game.
